How fast is same-day delivery?
Most same-day runs are collected within a few hours of booking and delivered the same working day. Time-critical runs can be dispatched direct on a dedicated Kala Fleet vehicle with no intermediate stops.
Are these your own vehicles and drivers?
Yes. Same-day and courier work in California is run entirely on Kala Fleet vehicles with Kala Fleet drivers, dispatched and GPS-tracked in-house — no subcontracting.
What can you move same day?
Parcels, pallets, documents, lab and clinical materials, event and catering loads, spare parts and time-critical business freight.
How is a same-day courier job priced?
By distance, size or weight in pounds, vehicle type and how tight the window is. Give us pickup and drop locations plus the time you need it there and we will quote the lane.
How far do you cover?
Fremont, San Jose, Oakland, Hayward, Santa Clara, San Francisco and the surrounding corridors, plus onward California lanes up to around 500 miles on our own fleet. Outside California, vetted partner carriers take the load.
